So, I painted these for my hallway, but my other half is not so keen, so I decided to sell it to someone who will love it. --- And I will paint us another one :) - No hardship there........ :)  :)
This wall art comprises of 2 stretched canvasses 80 x 30 cm each one, painted with acrylic paint in the fluid art process and embellished with crushed glass and glitter. I then finished them with several coats of a high gloss acrylic sealer which gives it a beautiful sheen and will protect the art work from dust and light.
I used blues, greys/silver, iridescent gold, white and black paints. Blue, gold, orange and pink crushed glass (I coloured these myself) and used different shades of glitter to give the painting a wee sparkle. The overall effect is of an under the sea view, hence the name 'Under The Sea'
I have mounted the canvasses in rustic wooden floating mounts, but these are not for sale with the canvasses. They can be hung directly on a wall or framed.
I love the way they look in my hallway, but if the other half is not keen, then I'm happy to paint more - more than happy. I love tinkering in my workshed, painting and embellishing everything from glass to chunks of wood.
